Time: 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM each day
Cost:
CLI Member: $300

CLI Student and Emeritus Members: $0
CLI Members who have taken the CLI Collaborative Experience Training before and would like to take it as a refresher course: $150
Members of a recognized Collaborative Practice group from other states or regions: $300
Non-member of CLI: $425
Continuing Education:
PENDING 18 credits, including 1 hour of ethics credits for MN Board of Continuing Legal Ed. (CLE).

PENDING 18 credits LMFT, and MN Psych Board.
Certificate of Attendance: LICSW, ADR.
Description of Training: This training will include six 3.5-hour modules each providing three hours of training on collaborative practice including principles and fundamentals, the roles of the professionals on the interdisciplinary team, the paradigm shift, protocols of practice, the road map to resolution, and ethics. Part of the training will be demonstrations on the newest collaborative model, including a neutral coach/facilitator through performances of 17 vignettes depicting a full-team collaborative case.

The vignettes will give detailed insight into the roles of the neutral coach/facilitator, both attorneys, the neutral child specialist, and the neutral financial professional. The vignettes present the collaborative team with challenging legal, relational, financial, and parenting issues. The vignettes are instructive, practical, and inspirational. Participation in this Collaborative Experience Training is informative for the experienced collaborative practitioner as well as required preparation for the new collaborative practitioner.

Who Should Attend: CLI Members, Family Law Professionals, Members ADR, LICSWs, LMFTs, Licensed Psychologists.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds for registration cancellation will be processed if notice of cancellation is received by April 30, 2021.
