Hi, I'm Katrina, a Collaborative Attorney and Restorative Family Mediator in Duluth, Minnesota! Personally, my curiosity, compassion (and coffee) drive me. Professionally, I am drawn to collaborative and restorative processes based on my deeply held belief that every family deserves a process that is responsive to their unique needs and interests, that is respectful, and that assures everyone shares mutual responsibility over their outcome. Why I do Collaborative: As a family law attorney who has practiced in Duluth, MN for over 12 years, I had never heard of collaborative law until a few years ago. I was immediately hooked, and so jumped at the chance to get trained in May 2023. I could not help but reflect on past cases and wonder how much better off those families (especially their children) would be now, had they had the opportunity to choose the collaborative process. So, it is with great joy that I now offer these services to my clients!
