Gary Debele has developed a unique and expansive family law presence during his more than 30 years of practice. In the divorce area, he has represented clients with complex assets and closely held family businesses and has been involved in numerous interstate and international divorces; he has developed a noted expertise in third-party and same-sex custody disputes and matters that involve the interplay of juvenile and family courts. He drafts and litigates prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements. Gary has also established a sophisticated family formation practice to help clients build their families through adoption and assisted reproduction. He is widely recognized as one of the top appellate family law attorneys in the state and he has created a significant and unique tribal court practice. Gary's clients rely on him to help resolve their issues through creative negotiation, effective mediation, litigation, and successful appeals in family, juvenile, federal, tribal, and administrative tribunals.
