Family Law Mediation Coaching Financial Neutral

Attorney, State of Minnesota, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Minnesota Supreme Court Rule 114 Roster -- Family Mediator, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst

If you are looking to lessen the emotional and financial strain that often accompanies transitions in your marriage and family such as divorce, separation or child custody disputes, consider collaborative law or mediation. These alternatives to traditional litigation are non-adversarial, cost-effective, client-controlled and seek to preserve the dignity and emotional well-being of all. My legal experience, financial certification, and training in relationships, problem-solving and negotiation help me represent and guide clients to arrive at the most agreeable resolutions for all, while respecting and honoring relationships. I offer a free consultation to discuss your options. After years of litigating business and family disputes, I recognized the devastating psychological and financial impact litigation can have on individuals, couples, children and other loved ones. Years ago, I decided to leave the courtroom behind and pursue mental health training to enhance my ability to counsel and guide family law clients to resolution. I specialize in non-adversarial alternatives to traditional family law litigation. For such important transitions as divorce or child custody, I believe collaboration is often the best way for clients to resolve conflicts and preserve relationships, while maintaining control of the process.
