Family Law Mediation

Minnesota Supreme Court U.S. District, Minnesota

Divorce requires people to make some of the most important decisions in their lives at at time when they feel the least able to do so. I believe that, with the right tools, each client has the capacity to make decisions that will help them rebuild their lives and preserve their highest dreams. The most important part of my job is to help people identify their best alternatives and to create an environment that allows them to achieve their most important goals. Ron practices exclusively in the areas of Collaborative Law and mediation. Ron is a Past President of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, a worldwide organization of Collaborative Professionals dedicated to transforming the manner in which family conflict is resolved, as well as three-time Past President of Minnesota's Collaborative Law Institute. Ron is also the founder of DivorceChoice.com, a website devoted to helping families in conflict make better choices. Ron has written articles on Collaborative Law and has appeared on various broadcasts about Collaborative Law, including a segment on the CBS Evening News.
