Brittany focuses on representing clients in high-stakes and complex divorces. Brittany’s clients frequently have family law cases involving business valuations, trusts, executive compensation, equity awards, tax considerations, significant nonmarital claims, and complicated property divisions. Known for her practical and customized approach, Brittany tailors legal strategies to each client’s unique needs with a goal of empowering her clients to make the best decisions in their circumstances. For the first 17 years of her practice, Brittany represented clients exclusively in traditional family law matters, which cases are premised upon the adversarial court process. Since 2022, Brittany’s primary focus has shifted to Collaborative divorce, believing it to be a better option for most people and families facing divorce.
