Collaborative Experience

For almost 15 years, I have devoted my legal practice to family law, supporting children and families through some of their most challenging transitions. I believe every family deserves thoughtful guidance and a path forward that respects their unique circumstances. For some families, that may require the traditional, court-oriented approach, but most can be resolved outside of court. I am committed to serving families with the process that best suits their needs. I especially appreciate the more holistic approach that a Collaborative Divorce offers compared to an adversarial divorce involving the Court. By working with a team of professionals, parties in a collaborative divorce learn to communicate better, can begin healing their pain, and move forward together in a respectful way. I strongly believe this allows parties to experience longer-term success than by utilizing a Court.
