Linda K. Wray, J.D. - Linda practices primarily in the area of family law as a Collaborative attorney, mediator and litigator and has had her own firm since 1995. Linda has been a leader in the Collaborative community in the State of Minnesota and internationally. She was the 2006 President of the Minnesota Collaborative Law Institute, and served four years on its Board of Directors. She chaired the protocol committee and led the drafting of protocols for attorneys, mental health professionals, financial professionals and mediators. She was instrumental in representing CLI-MN before the Minnesota Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the General Rules of Practice and the Minnesota Supreme Court regarding enactment of a court rule of Collaborative Practice. She represented CLI-MN as an Observer at Uniform Law Commission drafting committee meetings on a Uniform Collaborative Law Act. She has been a Director on the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals Board of Directors since 2011 and was its President 2014/2015. She has chaired or co-chaired the IACP Research Committee since its inception in 2005, and was a leader of the large-scale research study conducted by the IACP from 2006-2010.
